Demonstrate and advice customers on use of their new Smart Meter Exchange gas and electrically meters Provide maintenance and repairs post install if requiredYou will be offered the following excellent employed package:
£37,823-£40,974 per annum depending if living within the M25 Productivity bonuses Attendance bonuses Safety bonuses Van, fuel card, tools, PPE and tablet all provided for company use Pension scheme Generous holiday entitlement (22 days plus bank holidays) Extra payment for 3 phase of £1,000 onto the basic salary OTE £45-50,000 per annumTo be successfully appointed as a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer, you will need the following skills and experience:
Full UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points) Experience of installing dual fuel smart meters Current and valid CCN1, CMA1, MET1, MOCOPA or a relevant Smart Metering qualificationNormal hours 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00 Monday-Friday (depending on area)
Hours whilst on standby are 11:00-20:00.
When on call you could be required anytime until 08:00 the next day – not common, but flexibility is essential for this role.
On-call schedule is on average 1 in every 5 weeks (can vary on location)
