Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Design Technology Teacher specialising in Resistant Materials to join our vibrant educational institution from Easter to May Half Term. The ideal candidate will inspire and engage students, fostering a love for design and technology through innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in Resistant Materials, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum materials that cater to a diverse range of abilities and interests.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and respect.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and participate in extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo a new DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong knowledge and experience in teaching Resistant Materials.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
