In the heart of Dartford, an 'Outstanding' Secondary School is on the hunt for a DT Teacher - Director of Learning for an April or September 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time contract. This school is part of one of the best Trusts within the whole of London and has recently invested heavily into the DT Department, adding brand new, state-of-the-art equipment such as 3D printers.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious DT Teacher - Director of Learning who is keen to take their DT Department to new heights. The School is renowned for its supportive SLT and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs
• Must meet the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
• You must be able to work as part of a large team of Design Technology (DT) Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
