We are looking for a Driving Training Instructor (Heavy Bus) with experience in delivering and evaluating trainings for school bus drivers.
- Deliver and evaluate training programmes for bus drivers
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Deliver induction programmes and refresher courses for drivers and bus guardians
- Design, develop, and manage training materials in line with changing industry practices
- Collaborate with operations to tailor training to increase efficiency
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), prepare a training calendar, and recommend Learning & Development plans
- Minimum 3 years in training design and delivery within the transportation, mobility, or education industries
- Proven experience in delivering defensive driver training
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Training delivery qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer)
- Strong communication, design, and presentation skills
- Language: English & Hindi/Urdu
