Job description

We are looking for a Driving Training Instructor (Heavy Bus) with experience in delivering and evaluating trainings for school bus drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver and evaluate training programmes for bus drivers
  2. Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
  3. Deliver induction programmes and refresher courses for drivers and bus guardians
  4. Design, develop, and manage training materials in line with changing industry practices
  5. Collaborate with operations to tailor training to increase efficiency
  6. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), prepare a training calendar, and recommend Learning & Development plans
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
  1. Minimum 3 years in training design and delivery within the transportation, mobility, or education industries
  2. Proven experience in delivering defensive driver training
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  2. Training delivery qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer)
  3. Strong communication, design, and presentation skills
  4. Language: English & Hindi/Urdu
