We have a great opportunity for a friendly and reliable Driver with Retail Sales Advisor Duties to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Bristol, to provide exceptional service to our customers in store. You will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly - experience with our products isn't necessary, if you bring great customer service and team working skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

Conveniently located on St Johns Lane in Bedminster, our Bristol Decorator Centre has been supplying the local community with decorating supplies for 20 years. In store we carry a vast range of trade and designer paints, wallpaper pattern books and all the tools and accessories our customers need to complete their decorating projects. Our friendly and knowledgeable team have been sharing their expert advice and making recommendations to both trade and retail customers for many years – it is part of our commitment to outstanding customer service. Branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm.

As a Driver with Retail Sales Advisor duties for Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:

1. Make contactless deliveries to customers in and around the Bedminster area driving our Company Transit van
2. Unload deliveries in the warehouse or branch and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store
3. Keep our warehouse organised and safe, in line with company standards
4. Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service
5. Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
6. Mix paint for Customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network when required
7. Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service

Who we are looking for to join our team:

1. Familiar with Bedminster and the surrounding area
2. Full clean manual driving licence
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality
5. Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can be relied upon to work as an individual at all times
6. Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if required
7. Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry
