Driver with Retail Sales Advisor Duties

Location: Bath

Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday with Saturday on a rota)

Salary: £23,084.00 plus pension and company benefits

We have a great opportunity for a friendly and reliable Driver with Retail Sales Advisor Duties to join the team at our Brewers Decorator Centre in Bath, providing exceptional service to our customers in store. You will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. Experience with our products isn't necessary; if you bring great customer service and team working skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.

Located on Westmoreland Station Road, our Bath branch sells a large selection of designer and quality trade paints for all purposes, as well as a comprehensive collection of wallcoverings and all the decorating materials and equipment, making us the go-to place for our customers. The branch opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm.

As a Driver with Retail Sales Advisor duties for Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:

1. Make contactless deliveries to customers in and around the Bedminster area driving our Company Transit van.
2. Unload deliveries in the warehouse or branch and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store.
3. Keep our warehouse organised and safe, in line with company standards.
4. Provide exceptional service to customers in branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality Brewers service.
5. Use product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs.
6. Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network when required.
7. Build relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service.

Who we are looking for to join our team:

1. Familiar with Bath and the surrounding area.
2. Full clean manual driving licence.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality.
5. Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can be relied upon to work as an individual at all times.
6. Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshall and/or First Aider if required.
7. Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry.
