Role Summary
We have a vacancy for a Driver Manager to join a local Transport operator. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced people or operations manager to work in an exciting fast-paced environment within transport operations.
You will be responsible for the management and leadership of Drivers, Minder Drivers and Driver Instructors, overseeing driver performance and competence, and managing the team to effectively deliver planned passenger services against the timetable in a safe and efficient manner.

You must be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test and occupational health assessment. You must be happy to undergo ad-hoc drugs & alcohol testing as part of the company’s occupational health and safety policy.
