We're currently recruiting a dedicated Driver to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

• Mon: Full-time (Days)
• Tues: Full-time (Days)
• Weds: Full-time (Days)
• Thurs: Full-time (Days)
• Fri: Full-time (Days)
• Sat:
• Sun:

Please note: This role is contracted to 41 weeks per year.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Always comply with all client and company health & safety procedures and standards.
• Complete all Food Safety and Health & Safety paperwork.
• Maintain the cleanliness of working areas.
• Ensure the highest level of customer care is always adhered to.
• Maintain temperature records.
• Collect stock and goods from the designated collection point, load the delivery van and deliver safely and in good condition.
• Check items against delivery notes.

Our ideal Driver will:

• Be a minimum of 25 years old with a full driving licence.
• Be a good communicator, able to liaise confidently with customers and engage with team members.
• Be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Have a positive attitude and be committed to high levels of customer care.
• Be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for working in a contract catering environment.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.
• Be able to work flexibly in line with business requirements.
• Be able to undertake a range of manual cleaning duties.
• Be able to undertake manual handling tasks.
• Be able to drive a transit van (in London).
• This position is subject to a Disclosure & Barring Service check; costs met by the employer.
