Drinks Waiter

Drinks Waiter. 5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name. We are currently looking for a Drinks Waiter to join our First Floor Team.

The responsibilities of our Drinks Waiter are:

1. Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.
2. Preparation of classic and modern cocktails as well as full drinks.
3. Table service to members and their guests.

The Experience & Qualifications required of our Drinks Waiter are:

1. Experience working within a similar role.
2. Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous.

The working hours:

Shifts are 9 hours between Monday - Saturday and between 11am - 3am on a rota basis. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
