Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Drama Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in music education and a commitment to inspiring students through engaging and innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons to students at various levels up to Key Stage 4.
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive Drama curriculum that meets educational standards.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field.
2. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
3. Proven experience teaching Drama in a school setting.
4. Strong knowledge of Drama and performance.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
