Location: Rochdale

Contract Type: Contract, Full Time. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3pm.

Salary: £140 - £200 per day (Depending on Experience)

Are you a passionate and fully qualified Drama Teacher seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Our vibrant secondary school in Rochdale is looking for a dedicated Drama Teacher to teach pupils up to KS4. This role is full-time with potential to go permanent for the right Drama Teacher. The school is looking for someone who holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective Drama lessons to secondary school students, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
2. Planning and Preparation: Develop well-structured and creative lesson plans, tailored to the needs of the students and aligned with the curriculum.
3. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, effectively managing student behavior and fostering a love for Drama and the Arts.
4. Assessment: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the Drama department and school community.
