Location: Middlesbrough
Pay Rate: £150 - £220 per day (Dependent on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time
Are you a passionate Drama Teacher looking to ignite creativity and confidence in young performers?
GSL Education are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Drama Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive school in Middlesbrough. If you love theatre, performance, and storytelling and want to inspire students through drama, this is the perfect role for you!
Your Role as a Drama Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and creative Drama lessons across all Key Stages.
- Inspire students to develop their acting skills and confidence on stage.
- Lead school productions, assemblies, and drama clubs.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
- Foster an inclusive and inspiring classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the drama curriculum.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and participation.
What We’re Looking For:
- ️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- ️ Experience teaching Drama across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- ️ A passion for the performing arts and a flair for inspiring students.
- ️ Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- ️ Excellent communication skills to engage and motivate learners.
- ️ An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
