What You'll Be Doing:

Inspiring Young Performers – Lead engaging drama lessons that encourage students to experiment, take risks, and find their creative voices.
Bringing Stories to Life – Use innovative techniques, from improvisation to multimedia integration, to make performances unforgettable.
Building Confidence & Communication – Empower students with skills that extend far beyond the stage, preparing them for life’s biggest roles.
Fostering a Love for Theatre – Organise and direct school productions, drama clubs, and interactive workshops that captivate and inspire.
Collaborating with a Creative Team – Work alongside fellow educators to integrate drama with other subjects, making learning a truly immersive experience.

Who We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A creative and innovative approach to teaching drama.
• A passion for engaging students of all abilities, including those new to the subject.
• Strong classroom management skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in secondary education is preferred, but most importantly, we want someone with vision, energy, and a love for performance!
