Do you want to transform classrooms into dynamic, interactive spaces where students learn to think critically, communicate boldly, and perform with confidence?

We are looking for Drama Teachers who can ignite imaginations and bring the magic of theatre to life at our vibrant secondary schools in Chelmsford. 2. Bringing Stories to Life - Use innovative techniques, from improvisation to multimedia integration, to make performances unforgettable.
  3. Building Confidence & Communication - Empower students with skills that extend far beyond the stage, preparing them for life's biggest roles.
  4. Fostering a Love for Theatre - Organise and direct school productions, drama clubs, and interactive workshops that captivate and inspire.
  5. Collaborating with a Creative Team - Work alongside fellow educators to integrate drama with other subjects, making learning a truly immersive experience.
Who We're Looking For:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. A creative and innovative approach to teaching drama.
  3. A passion for engaging students of all abilities, including those new to the subject.
  4. Strong classroom management skills and a collaborative mindset.
  5. Experience in secondary education is preferred, but most importantly, we want someone with vision, energy, and a love for performance!

  2. Pathway to Permanent Roles - Use temporary assignments as a springboard into a full-time career in a school that values creativity.
  3. Immediate Start Options - Get started right away and bring your passion to the classroom without delay.
  4. Competitive Pay Rates - Earn excellent daily rates, with potential for progression based on performance.
  5. Sociable Hours - Enjoy a work schedule that allows for both professional and personal fulfillment.
