Drainage Operations Manager

Midlands Area

We're on the lookout for a Drainage Operations Manager to help us expand our Environmental Protection Solutions (EPS) Drainage team and keep things running smoothly.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate drainage teams, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
2. Keep operations flowing by planning, scheduling, and managing resources.
3. Take a hands-on approach, operating company vehicles and equipment when needed.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations - no cutting corners here!
5. Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
6. Handle commercial duties, from raising invoices to approving timesheets.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in the drainage industry (because we need someone who knows their pipes from their pumps).
2. Strong leadership and operational coordination skills.
3. Full UK driving licence (HGV Class 2 preferred but not essential).
4. Knowledge of CCTV drainage surveys (MSCC5/OS19X qualification would be a plus).
5. A proactive, can-do attitude - because no two days are the same in this role!
