Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Drainage Technician to join our team in London and Greater London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in drainage maintenance, repairs, and unblocking services for residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive individual who can diagnose and resolve drainage issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct drainage inspections, maintenance, and repairs using appropriate tools and equipment.
2. Perform high-pressure water jetting and electro-mechanical drain cleaning.
3. Carry out CCTV drain surveys to identify blockages and structural defects.
4. Assist with drain excavations and installations when necessary.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Provide clear communication and recommendations to clients regarding drainage issues and solutions.
7. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Experience & Requirement

1. Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in drainage works, including unblocking, repairs, and maintenance.
2. Familiarity with CCTV drain survey equipment, high-pressure water jetting, and electro-mechanical tools.
3. Relevant certifications (e.g., High-Pressure Water Jetting, SHEA Drains & Sewers, or NADC certifications) are advantageous.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. A full valid UK driving license (REQUIRED).
6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs when required.
