Job description

Position: Contracts Manager Drainage

Location: Essex

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Manager for a permanent role in Essex. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll oversee various drainage activities across London and Southeast, including blockage teams, Descaling, CCTV, and lining.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate off-site resources effectively.
  2. Manage safe working processes.
  3. Ensure contract performance meets standards and targets.
  4. Address performance or personnel issues.
  5. Cultivate client relationships.
  6. Develop, monitor, and manage works program.
  7. Price new works using contract-specific rates.
  8. Handle quotations and customer management.
  9. Monitor delivery costs and submit monthly applications for client approval.
  10. Conduct regular site audits for quality and health and safety.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in drainage industry management.
  2. Consistent management of safe working processes.
  3. Strong knowledge of drainage infrastructure.
  4. Possession of CSCS card.
