The Opportunity

As the Education Market Executive, you will bridge the gap between global education strategies and local market implementation. This role focuses on delivering high-quality training, enhancing retailer relationships, and driving customer engagement through education.

What you'll get to do

  1. Adapt global training programs for local market needs, ensuring alignments with brand standards.
  2. Partner with regional education teams to implement training initiatives effectively.
  3. Co-develop and refine the brand's Customer Service and Retail Experience strategies.
  4. Conduct market visits to ensure training and execution drives retail performance and KPIs.
  5. Collaborate with global teams to align local strategies with brand messaging and innovation.
  6. Identify and address capability gaps through targeted training programs.
  7. Lead hands-on workshops to upskill market teams, offering real-time feedback.
  8. Support showcase activations to promote new product launches and initiatives.
  9. Maintain digital training platforms, ensuring content relevance and accessibility.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with market teams, providing ongoing support and feedback.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  1. 3+ years experience as a trainer and facialist/aesthetician in luxury beauty/skincare.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt global strategies to local contexts.
  3. Proficiency in developing large scale learning programs and delivering workshops.
  4. Project management experience with a record of executing complex initiatives.
  5. Familiarity with digital tools and content management platforms.
  6. Effective communicator with a passion for skincare/luxury beauty.
  7. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  8. Additional language is highly desirable.
