We are recruiting a part time Donor Data Administrator to join the Hospices Income Generation Team.
As we celebrate 40 years since admitting our first patient, St Leonard's Hospice is investing in discovering as much as possible about our wonderful supporters, making sure that everyone knows about the difference our work makes and how they can be part of making it happen.
The purpose of the Donor Data Administrator role is to enter donor and transaction data into our fundraising database so we can thank people for donating to the Hospice, report on fundraising performance and claim Gift Aid.
This is part time role, working 24 hours per weekwithin normal office hours between Monday Friday. Consideration will be given to flexible working arrangements.

Main duties and responsibilities
1.Collate and inputdonor and transaction data accurately into the fundraising CRM (customerrelationship management) system. Challenge any incorrect or missinginformation.
2.Use yourdiscretion and judgement in accurately allocating incoming donations and the recordingof donor data.
3.Assess thevalidity of Gift Aid declarations, ensuring we collect the required supportinginformation from the donor.
4.Produce accurateand relevant thank you communications, personalising them where appropriate, inresponse to donations received.
5.Maintain anefficient filing system that enables donor and donation records to be accessedfor analysis, audit and Gift Aid purposes.
6.Supportfundraising colleagues to ensure their thanking of donors is timely andrelevant.
7.Provide generaladministration support to the Donor Data team.
8.Supervisevolunteers, ensuring they have the required information and resources tocomplete their tasks.
9. Assist atFundraising events, Hospice-led or otherwise, at the Hospice and off-sitearound the region. This will include occasional evening and weekend work.
