Location: Solihull and Surrounding Areas

Salary: £13.00 - £13.80 per hour + Mileage Reimbursement

Hours: Flexible - design a schedule that suits you, with availability needed for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.

A Day in the Life of a Care Assistant:

1. Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene).
2. Support with daily tasks, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
3. Encourage independence and create a safe, comfortable environment.
4. Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
5. Follow individualized care plans and report any important observations.
6. Organize activities to keep clients mentally and physically engaged.
7. Assist with mobility, transfers, and basic exercises to maintain movement.

What We're Looking For:

1. Caring and compassionate individuals with excellent communication skills.
2. Reliable team players who can also work independently.
3. A driving license valid for use in the UK and access to your own vehicle.
4. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
5. Full right to work in the UK.
6. A very good standard of verbal and written English.
