Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established regional plumbing and heating contractor operating within the private sector.

Due to growth, they have several vacancies for domestic plumbers to join their team on a full-time permanent basis covering either North West, West, or South West London areas carrying out general plumbing maintenance, repairs, and wet works within domestic properties.

Duties:

General Plumbing Maintenance inclusive of:
Replacing Radiators and TRVs
Replacing Ball Valves
Replacing Pipework
Replacing Cylinders
Identifying and Fixing Leaks
Fixing and Replacing Taps
Ensuring a high level of customer care is met on a day-to-day basis.
Meeting business KPIs
Following Health & Safety Guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

1 years' experience as a Plumber
Previous experience working within domestic properties carrying out fault finding, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems
Diploma, City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in Plumbing
Full UK Driving Licence - no more than 6 points
No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)

Salary & Package:

Improver/Trainee - £25,000 per annum
Plumbing Diploma & Under 2 years' experience - £25,000 per annum plus Bonus
Plumbing Diploma & 2 years' experience - £28,000 per annum plus Bonus
NVQ Level 2 & 6 months experience - £30,000 per annum plus Bonus
NVQ Level 2 & 2 years' experience - £35,000 per annum plus Bonus
NVQ Level 2 & 3 to 4 years' experience - £38,000 per annum plus Bonus
NVQ Level 2 & 5 years' experience - £40,000 per annum plus Bonus
Expected OTE with bonus & call out - £10,000+ per annum on top of basic annual salary
Van & Fuelcard Provided
45 hours per week Monday to Friday
Call out once per week paid additionally per job
28 days Holiday including Bank Holiday
