Job Description

Our client is a national developer and management service for domestic housing. They design, build, and maintain complete communities and developments across the country.

As part of their complete service, they maintain all aspects of the properties they manage, including electrical, lighting, heating, plumbing, and structural.

They are currently looking to take on an experienced Gas Safe service and maintenance engineer around the Twickenham, Hounslow, Kingston, and Uxbridge area.

You will be supplied with a list of clients to call on and be expected to complete Gas Safety checks, boiler, and system services.

If you discover any additional works to be carried out, you are expected to complete them if practically possible during the visit; otherwise, report it back and have a second visit booked to complete the additional works required.

Qualifications

Qualifications required include CCN1, Gas Safe, CENWAT, and CKR1 cooking appliances, along with a valid UK driving license.

Working Hours

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, paid door to door, with an on-call standby rota of 1 in 5, which incorporates evenings and weekends (a daily on-call bonus of £32 is paid along with all out-of-hours work being paid door to door at a premium rate).

Vehicle, uniform, laptop, phone, etc., are supplied along with any test equipment (own basic hand tools would be expected from the employee).
