Domestic Gas Engineer

Domestic Gas Engineer required for our client, a mechanical and electrical building services provider, who operates throughout the Sussex area. They are currently seeking a domestic gas engineer to carry out servicing and repair work, with a view to additional training to upskill to ACS commercial.

The Domestic Gas Engineer will have proven experience carrying out servicing and repair work within domestic housing. The Gas Engineer MUST hold their ACS domestic gas qualifications, including their CCN1 and CENWAT / CEN1. The domestic gas engineer would be working across the Sussex area, so must be based within patch or within commutable distance of Sussex. The client would be looking to upskill the domestic gas engineer to commercial gas qualifications and training.

Domestic Gas Engineer Position Overview

Domestic Gas Engineer required attending residential housing sites throughout their designated, localised patch area carrying out servicing and repair of Domestic Boilers/ heating systems.

Domestic Gas Engineer Position Requirements

• Experience servicing and repairing domestic boilers
• Full ACS Domestic qualifications
• Based in or around the Sussex area
• Full UK driving license

Domestic Gas Engineer Position Remuneration

• Travel paid if working more than 14 miles from home address
• Call outs 1 in 8 days
• Company van
• Overtime
• Sick pay
• Ongoing progression and development (up skilling to commercial gas qualifications etc.)
