About Parameta Solutions

Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group. The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role Overview

As a Documentation Operations Specialist, you will be crucial in building and implementing an end-to-end documentation system across global Technology, Data, and Product teams. In this dynamic position, you will work with numerous leaders to ensure we have transparency and a single source of truth across the organization while also innovating how we build data products at Parameta. If you have a keen interest in market data, project management, operations, and documentation, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Role Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain a document management system to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of documents including standard operating procedures, dataset methodology and data lineages.
2. Create and implement storage solutions that meet the company's needs and comply with industry standards.
3. Assist in writing, editing, and organizing technical and operational documents, including manuals, reports, and procedures.
4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure document accuracy and consistency.
5. Train staff on document management best practices and system usage.
6. Monitor and audit document management processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Provide support for document-related projects and initiatives.
8. Work closely with our Sales, Customer Success and Marketing functions to ensure that we are providing the right information to support our commercial teams succeed.

Experience / Competences

Essential

1. Recent graduate preferable but relevant work experience can be considered.
2. Experience in document management, information systems, or a similar role.
3. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
5. Detail-oriented mindset.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired

1. Proficiency in document management and project management software and tools, specifically Confluence and Asana.
2. An aptitude for financial markets, market data and analytics.
