You'll be responsible for:

  • Follows IM processes effectively and efficiently and adhere to standards (inc ISO19650) for client-facing projects and programmes.
  • Contributes to ensuring the project/programme IM function effective and efficient such that project personnel can access information they need.
  • Supports and guides project/programme colleagues in IM practices and processes.
  • Assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored.
  • Contributes to the set up, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE).
  • Contributes to global digital centre of excellence including body of knowledge, processes, case studies.
  • Responsible for coordinating activities ensuring management and successful project/programmes.
  • Coordinates work activities to achieve agreed objectives and provide performance management, development and coaching.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

  • Some information management experience from one or more projects and programmes.
  • Good written and oral communication.
  • Used to working with different stakeholders. Disciplined, methodical and organised.
  • Effective team member and helping/training others.
  • Able to work independently.

You'll also have:

  • Construction, property, and real estate industry. Security, cyber security, data protection awareness. Experience of working in an international setting either remotely from or outside the UK. ISO 19650 series, UK BIM Framework, CDE management.
  • Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers, (or equivalent).
  • Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, etc.
  • ISO 19650 certification.
