Job Summary
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of document control policy and process for the Engineering function at the Port of Dover. You will be the primary overseer for all aspects of document & record management and governance within both the document management system and asset management maintenance systems.
You will implement and maintain document control processes overseeing compliance with both internal and external standards and regulations.
Be the point of contact and responsible for all Engineering Document control training for business process and systems. You will also act as the gatekeeper for all documentation data and systems structures, workflows, Quality management, governance and assurance for whole asset life cycle management of Port Engineering documentation.
