Document Controller/Administrator

My client is a residential contractor based in Beaconsfield who is looking for a Document Controller/Administrator. They are happy to consider trainees as well.

The vacancy is to start immediately.

Responsibilities:
  • 1-2 years experience within the construction industry is required; however, they are open to trainees.
  • Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with company procedures.
  • Check the validity of the documents in accordance with the Document Numbering System.
  • Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, and collect comments.
  • Provide full secretarial support to management, including arranging meetings, producing agendas and minutes, circulating and collating information, and arranging diaries.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and comprehensive support to the department as required.
  • Liaise with other companies/sites.
  • Perform general admin tasks.
  • Duties will vary day to day.
