Salary: £49,523.88 - £51,786.87 per year

Contract Type: Temporary

Position Type: Full Time

Hours: 35 hours per week

Grade: 10A

Contract Duration: Temporary until 31/03/2026

An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Assessor service at a time of exciting change in respect of valuation for rating.

We are looking for a Valuation Surveyor to contribute effectively to the Valuation Team to ensure statutory responsibilities are met and in particular completion of the 2026 Revaluation of Non-Domestic property.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Member or Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS/FRICS)
  2. A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
