About The DivisionThe Division of Urgent and Emergency Care is one of five clinical Divisions at North West Anglia NHS FT, providing essential services across Peterborough Hospital, Hinchingbrooke Hospital and Stamford and Rutland Hospital.
Your role as a Divisional Operations DirectorAs a Strategic Leader You Will- Drive operational performance, financial sustainability and service excellence.
- Lead large scale transformation programmes to enhance patient care.
- Be a key player in crisis management, emergency preparedness and business continuity planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and compassion for leadership.
- Collaborate with system partners to shape regional urgent care strategies.
You will work closely with the Divisional Director and Divisional Nursing Director forming a cohesive team dedicated to achieving clinical, operational and strategic goals.
