A rare opportunity has arisen to join Connells Group as a Divisional Mortgage Service Director.
You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Mortgage Consultants, driving growth and delivering exceptional results across your region. Working in close partnership with Estate Agency Managing Directors, you'll bring energy, strategic thinking, and a passion for developing talent to the role.
We're looking for a dynamic leader with a strong track record in mortgage or financial services, ideally within an estate agency or retail environment. You'll be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), with extensive experience in leading regulated professionals and delivering customer-focused results.
