Qualifications: American Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience post-residency, demonstrating strong and comprehensive clinical skills in both obstetrics and gynecology, with a particular emphasis on gynecology (preferred). Proven experience supervising individuals or teams, such as clerkship or other leadership roles. Prior management experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in an integrated care model with midwifery collaboration.
