Your New Role...

The Diversity Outreach's (DO) role is to ensure that like our audience, WBD has a truly diverse team, one that benefits from the differing perspectives, instincts, and knowledge that only true inclusivity can cultivate. Through sourcing tactics, strategic partnerships, and investments, we build relationships and brand affinity among top diverse talent, showing them why they'll thrive here with us.

This DO Lead is part of WBD's Corporate Diversity organization. You will be responsible for supporting the hiring of diverse talent populations through candidate pipelining, sourcing and strategic internal and external partnerships. You will also be responsible for partnering with functional HR, recruitment, employer branding, sourcing and the data and analytics teams to build diverse outreach initiatives and activations that support talent gap areas. Most importantly, you will empower and serve underrepresented communities across EMEA, LATAM and APAC towards building a more inclusive and equitable WBD workforce.

Your Role Accountabilities...
  1. Work with the Diversity Outreach Director to proactively cultivate robust talent pipelines through strategic internal and external partnerships.
  2. Partner with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders across the enterprise to ideate and execute on highly effective sourcing tactics, while providing guidance on best recruitment practices for diverse populations.
  3. Develop and build highly engaged talent communities by partnering with Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition leads to have oversight of impactful employer branding initiatives specific to diverse audiences.
  4. Collaborate with the data teams to drive and actively analyse key diversity recruiting performance goals and measures of success.
  5. Design and operationalize a long and short-term diversity recruiting strategies.
  6. Partner with Talent Acquisition, DE&I and P&C to identify talent gap areas and organizational hiring priorities.
  7. Lead full life-cycle event management and execution of local, regional, and national experiential engagements and activations.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert for industry benchmarking and best practices for attracting and retaining top diverse candidates.
  9. Support functional recruiters and sourcers in building diverse candidate pipelines at all stages of the hiring process.
  10. Manage event contracts approvals with DO leadership and legal.
  11. Ensure the annual budget inclusive of all national/local activations and recruitment events align with the department budget.
  12. Identify internal Talent Ambassadors to be highlighted at industry panels, keynote speaking engagements, and workshops.
  13. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications & Experience...
  1. Experience working effectively in a diverse global matrix organization.
  2. Demonstrable experience in driving measurable impact within the Diversity Outreach, Workforce Strategy and / or Talent Attraction space.
  3. Excellent program management and organizational skills, including the proven ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously with multiple audiences and against tight deadlines.
  4. Experience leading international initiatives.
