Aquatics Operator/Manager
One (1) position vacant / 37.5 hours per week

Dive into an Exciting Career! Join Our Team as an Aquatics Operator/Manager and Make Waves with Us! The Aquatics Operator/Manager will be responsible for overseeing our 3 swimming pools and all daily operations and programming for the entire Aquatics Operations at BGC London.

Are you ready to make a splash? We're searching for a dynamic Aquatics Operator/Manager to lead our awesome Aquatics Department! You'll be the captain of our ship, steering daily operations and programming to new heights. Supervise our rockstar instructors and lifeguards, and ensure our programs are top-notch.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage Aquatics Programs for all ages.
  2. Maintain pool operations and water quality.
  3. Collaborate with vendors and contractors.
  4. Ensure program quality and customer satisfaction.
  5. Coach and manage staff.
  6. Enforce safety regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  1. Post-secondary education in Recreation or related fields.
  2. 3+ years of experience in aquatic program coordination and staff supervision.
  3. Certifications: NLS Examiner, Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, First Aid Examiner, Pool Operator (Level 1).
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. Knowledge of aquatic programs, trends, and regulations.
  6. Flexible working hours.
  7. Current First Aid & C.P.R. Level C Certificate required.
  8. Current Vulnerable Police Clearance issued by local police station is required.
