The Role:

As a Distributor Sales Manager, the successful candidate will manage and lead distributors according to company objectives to maximise revenue and profitability. This role involves implementing strategic sales plans to drive both short and long-term growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing distributor networks across Eastern Europe.
  • Creating market awareness and promoting products through seminars, trade shows, articles, and other activities.
  • Strengthening distributor relationships and enhancing sales performance.
  • Travelling up to 50% of the time to key markets.

Relevant geographical territories include: Albania, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Turkey, and all other Balkan territories (excluding Romania).

Candidate Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in distributor management, preferably in high-value capital equipment or medical devices.
  • Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of growing distributor networks.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • A valid driving license is required.
The Package:
  • Basic Salary: £60,000 - 80,000
  • Uncapped Bonus - £30,000
  • Benefits: Monthly car allowance £500+, healthcare, pension, vouchers, life insurance
  • Holidays: 25 days plus statutory holidays
