Salary: £30p/h - £41p/h

Daniel Owen is proud to represent a well-known social housing company based in the North London area, looking for a highly skilled Disrepair Surveyor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee legal disrepair cases.
2. Ensure appropriate commercial controls are in place and adhered to.
3. Control the commercial aspects of the supply chain, maximizing leverage and working seamlessly within the business.
4. Oversee some members of the team.

Key Requirements:

1. Firm understanding of Schedule of Rates for Building Works and a background in disrepair building maintenance surveying.
2. Previous experience in the social housing/local authority sector.
3. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
4. Proactive approach to work.
5. Proven track record for being reliable and punctual.
6. Must hold a driving license and have access to a vehicle.

Key Knowledge:

1. Social Housing, Building Contractor, and local authority industry knowledge.
2. IT and Excel literate.
