Dispute Resolution Solicitor(NQ to 3 Years PQE)

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex

• Experience: NQ–3 years PQE, with active County Court/High Court litigation experience and exposure to some of the relevant legal areas
• Skills: Excellent communication, a meticulous eye for detail, IT proficiency and a proactive, collaborative mindset
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, business and dispute resolution, along with a commitment to marketing, networking, and business development activities
• Personality: An open, friendly demeanour with the ability to handle a busy workload and demanding clients calmly and with humour

About the Role

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you’ll take on a varied workload, including:

• Property disputes
• Corporate and commercial disputes
• Employment matters
• Wills and probate disputes
• Intellectual property disputes

You’ll report to and receive guidance from experienced senior solicitors, while also managing and delegating to trainee solicitors and paralegals. With as much responsibility as you can handle, you’ll run your own files and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
