Job description

Are you a talented and ambitious litigation solicitor looking to make an impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment? This is an opportunity for you to be part of an innovative litigation department within a leading multi service law firm in the region.

The role:

  • Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial and civil litigation, and property disputes.
  • Foster strong client relationships while providing expert legal advice.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Experience in advocacy within County and High Courts.
  • Knowledge of CPR regulations and other procedural matters.

You:

  • A minimum of 1 Year Post Qualification (PQE).
  • Experience hitting billing and fee earning targets.
  • Demonstrated ability in project and time management.
  • Exhibits confidence and professionalism.
  • Function effectively both as a team member and as a leader.
  • Maintains professionalism, organization, competence, enthusiasm, and ambition.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively with other fee earners, offering support and guidance to enhance the knowledge and skills of the team.
