Dispute Resolution Senior Paralegal

I am working with a well established law firm looking for a Senior Paralegal to come and join their Dispute Resolution department.

For this position, you will be working closely with the partners and solicitors in the team to provide support on a mixed bag of litigation matters. You will be assisting with the management of a busy caseload of property litigation matters and general litigation matters. These cases will include landlord & tenant disputes, service charge disputes, lease renewals, possession proceedings, and boundary disputes.

The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years of experience working as a paralegal within a property litigation or general litigation department. You will have an excellent understanding of property law and the litigation process, including excellent organisation and time management skills.
