Job Title: Dispatch Operative
Location: Bicester
Pay Rate: GBP12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 5:00 pm

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Dispatch Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Bicester. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
2. Preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation
3. Loading and unloading deliveries as required
4. Keeping track of stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
5. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
6. Following all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch role preferred
2. Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
3. Ability to lift and move goods as required
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Reliable and punctual
