Job description

Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Dispatch Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties of the Dispatch Administration role include but are not limited to:

  • Arrange collections and deliveries
  • Plan routes for drivers
  • Liaise with customers and resolve complaints
  • Generate PODs
  • Generate labels and delivery notes
  • Compile reports
  • Allocate stock for dispatch

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous Dispatch Administration experience
  • Be used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
