We are currently recruiting for a file handler within our industrial disease litigation team, to be based predominantly out of our Birmingham or Liverpool office. The team undertakes a full range of industrial disease work, predominantly on behalf of large insurer clients.
Initially, you will be required to manage your own modest caseload of litigated noise induced hearing loss claims, with potential to support Partners and Associates with their caseloads of complex work, in particular asbestos related claims. This is an opportunity to join a well-established and experienced team handling a variety of work, working with all levels of fee earner.
Main duties and responsibilities

Ideally, you will have previous experience in NIHL and/or litigation claims, although training will be provided as required.
