CenterWell Director Telephonic Care Management Nursing in Dover, Delaware

The Director, Telephonic Care Management Nursing, in a telephonic environment, assesses and evaluates members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. The Director, Telephonic Care Management Nursing requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develops strategic plans, including growth strategies, budget adherence, and annual planning, achieving financial and operational goals.
  2. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance.
  3. Provides input into functions strategy.
  4. Provides oversight to call center metrics to ensure optimization of staff and platform.
  5. Partners with operations leadership teams to ensure support of company objectives.
  6. Leads multiple managers and/or highly specialized professional associates.
  7. Participates in the hiring process of new team members to backfill vacant positions or plan for growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree preferred
  • 8 or more years of Nursing or healthcare experience
  • 5 or more years of management experience
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Additional Information:

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

  • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
  • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
  • Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
  • Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees will be provided with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$115,200 - $158,400 per year
