  • Measure & Communicate Impact - Develop reporting frameworks and data systems to track our impact, and represent Pearson at key industry events.
  • Manage Resources & Budgets - Lead budget planning, secure funding opportunities, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in social impact, sustainability, or community engagement, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in social impact strategy, program development, grant-making, and partnerships.
  • Strong data-driven approach to measuring and reporting social impact outcomes. Experience working in media, technology, or education sectors (preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, innovative, and strategic mindset with a passion for making a difference.

Why Join Pearson?

  • Be part of a global company dedicated to transforming education and driving social impact.
  • Work in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment where your ideas and contributions matter.
  • Lead high-impact projects with real-world influence on communities and learners worldwide.
  • Enjoy flexibility, professional growth, and the opportunity to shape Pearson's sustainability and social innovation journey.
