About the Role
Harman is seeking results-driven, high-performance sales professional located in London to spearhead account management (60%) and new customer acquisition (40%) for Engineering and Enterprise business in the EMEA region, for its Digital Transformation Solutions SBU. Passionate individual with 12 years or more of total professional experience of which 10+ years acquiring and growing clients. Expected to have demonstrated track record in Sales of Digital Transformation selling in Betting & gaming segment.

What You Will Do
- Generate new business through prospecting, account planning and helping drive new sales and acquire new accounts in Betting & Gaming.
- Achieve quarterly and FY sales goals to support both ACV and revenue targets.
- Close Digital Transformation Services business- focused on Connected Enterprises with relevant use of Product Engg., Data/ Analytics, Cloud, Advanced Technologies (AI, ML, AR), Devices (IOT, Mobile), User Experience.
- Selling to both CIO and CDO organization.
- Identify new business solutions by researching profile accounts including mapping company’s organizational structure, identifying new contracts, understanding the key business drivers and competitive landscape.
- Deliver a steady stream of qualified leads to meet quarterly sales goals and generate growth pipeline.
- Working closely with inside sales team and focus on MHA's for the region and Marketing to build customized campaign.
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Demonstrate HARMAN competencies - Leadership, Change Orientation, Collaboration, Judgement, and Results Driven.
What You Need
- 12+ years with progressively increasing sales responsibility, with 10+ years of New business development sales experience and industry network in Betting & Gaming segment.
- Proven history of consistently overachieving sales goals and quotas.
- Successful experience in a lead generation/sales role.
- Experience in Betting & gaming, travel and hospitality industry verticals.
- Experience in working with global/offshore business model.
- Be willing to travel up to 60%, domestic only OR domestic and international travel.
