Director - Process Excellence Office (IT Service Management)

Job Description: In this dynamic product owner role, you'll have the opportunity to revolutionize and institutionalize how we design and implement Service management processes, CMDB, Service Introduction, Lean Six Sigma, Business continuity and disaster recovery process. Empower our associates with the right and fit for purpose processes, tools, framework, methodology, metrics and governance so they can take decisive action, maximizing value and making a meaningful impact to our customers – Technical debt reduction, Business Resiliency, drive process efficiency and effectiveness and make easier is better.

What are we looking for?

  1. Master’s degree in engineering, management, and related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  2. Extensive experience with ITSM, L6S, CMDB, Disaster recovery, service Introduction to Operations.
  3. Demonstrated track record in understanding and shaping strategic Service Management analytics solutions within a business context.
  4. Preferably proven consulting experience in the Consumer Products Good Industry.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  1. Work in partnership with the GDO Service lines (Business Delivery Services, Enterprise Delivery Services, Information Security, Segment technology office), External Partners and wider organization (Enterprise and Segments) to design and implement best in class and fit for purpose Service Management strategy that aligns with organization goals and strategy.
  2. Drives the adoption of the ITSM Process and measures the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
  3. Provide strategic recommendations based on data and insights gathered through the ITSM key performance metrics.
  4. Oversees design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CMDB and ensures its alignment with the business needs.
  5. Evaluate and improve the CMDB performance and maturity.
  6. Designs and implements the continuous improvement process to deliver business value (cost, quality time) by leveraging Lean six sigma methodology, tools, frameworks, while providing coaching and leadership to train associates in (Green, White and Black belt).
  7. Designs and implements BCP and DR to drive business resiliency.
  8. Design, Implements and governs the overall service introduction process, Integrates PMX and ensures seamless transitions of services from Projects to operations – Cost, Quality and Time.
  9. Publishes the periodic performance metrics to the GDO stakeholders.
