Brockenhurst College is seeking a dynamic Director of SEND, Learning Support and Inclusion to join our upper leadership team. As Director, you will provide strategic leadership to the area, ensuring that all students with additional needs receive the highest quality education, support, and opportunities to thrive. Working closely with curriculum and support teams, you will drive excellence in SEND provision, ensuring students receive the personalised support they need to achieve and progress.

This is a full time, permanent post. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £57,250 - £60,383 per annum.
