Key to the role is the ability to build effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders, underpinned by in-depth knowledge and understanding of the wider educational agenda including current national policies and educational issues.

You should have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to inspire, challenge and motivate others and create effective relationships between all stakeholders.

Calm under pressure, with a proven track record of problem-solving and conflict resolution, your natural resilience, determination and optimism should complement your critical thinking skills and intellectual curiosity and rigour.
