Strategic Partnership Director

MacGregor Black are partnering with an International Household Brand for a Strategic Partnership Director. This is a permanent on-site role.

As the Strategic Partnership Director, you will drive revenue and brand engagement by securing high-value partnerships with retail, hospitality and lifestyle brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to attract partners who can leverage advertising solutions, digital shop windows, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure strategic retail and lifestyle partners to enhance rewards offering.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to maximise revenue through targeted advertising campaigns and digital shop windows.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that drive partner engagement and long-term value for members.
  • Leverage data insights and analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of advertising and promotional platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns that align with partners’ business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to shape innovative partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail and lifestyle sectors.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring continued growth and optimisation of commercial agreements.
