They are looking for a Director of Property and Estate Management to take the lead in shaping their property portfolio, ensuring their estate is safe, sustainable, and fit for the future. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the Director of Property and Estates will provide strategic and operational leadership for their extensive property portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the strategic and operational management of the property and estates function.
  • Ensuring properties meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and sustainability.

  • Identifying new opportunities for property development, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Championing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives to improve sustainability.
