About the Role
As our Director of Policy and Public Affairs, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering our policy and public affairs strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in advancing our 10-year strategy, Together for Social Justice, by influencing key policy areas including law, climate change, and investment. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference on some of the most pressing issues of our time, from tackling systemic inequality to addressing climate concerns.
Working closely with parliamentarians, policymakers, and our diverse network of members—you will lead on high-impact policy campaigns, advocate for essential human rights, and manage a small, dynamic team to ensure our voice is heard in policy debates across the UK.
